Tom Mathews received his Juris Doctor degree from UC Berkeley's Boalt Hall School of Law in 1999. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from UC Berkeley in the Political Economy of Industrial Societies. Before joining Bledsoe, Cathcart, Diestel, Pedersen & Treppa in 2007, Mr. Mathews was an associate at the San Francisco law firm of Severson & Werson and at Boornazian, Jensen & Garthe in Oakland, California.
Mr. Mathews defends claims involving personal injury, premises liability, and product defects. He also has substantial experience in a wide range of litigation, corporate, and transactional matters and has handled a variety of construction delay and defect claims, professional liability claims, recreational liability claims, and claims against common carriers.
Mr. Mathews is a member of the State Bar of California. |
