Ms. Spinelli attended Santa Clara University School of Law, where she was an editor for the Santa Clara Computer and High Technology Law Journal and a participant and advisor for the Jessup International Moot Court team. After finishing externships in Vietnam and Singapore, she graduated from Santa Clara with an emphasis in International Law.
Following law school, Ms. Spinelli was admitted to practice in the states of California and Nevada. She served as law clerk for the Honorable Connie J. Steinheimer of the Second Judicial District Court, State of Nevada. During her tenure, she worked on a wide variety of matters including capital criminal cases and complex civil litigation.
After her clerkship, Ms. Spinelli returned to San Francisco to work in civil litigation. She has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict throughout the Bay Area, and represents clients in Federal District Courts and State Courts throughout Nevada and California. She is a member of the State Bar of California, the State Bar of Nevada, Northern Nevada Women Lawyers Association, the McFetridge Inn of Court, and is the incoming co-president of the Italian American Bar Association of Northern California.
