| Mr. Rosen graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Economics in 1988. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Southern Illinois University in 1993. During law school, he was an articles editor for the Southern Illinois University Law Journal.
Mr. Rosen was awarded the Bar Association of San Francisco, 2004 Outstanding Barrister of the Year award. Mr. Rosen is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
Prior to coming to Bledsoe, Mr. Rosen worked at the Law Offices of Dennis Isaac in San Francisco, handling general civil litigation, including automobile, commercial carrier, premises liability, construction, fire, professional liability, and products liability cases.
