Holly A. Schaitberger

Ms. Schaitberger graduated cum laude from the University of San Francisco in 2005 and was admitted to the California State Bar that same year. During law school, Ms. Schaitberger was active in moot court competitions and argued as a finalist in USF's Advocate of the Year competition before a panel of three federal court judges, including Judge Carlos T. Bea of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Thereafter, Ms. Schaitberger served as an extern law clerk for Judge Bea and assisted in his review of civil, criminal and immigration appeals. Also during law school, Ms. Schaitberger trained with professional investigators and conducted investigations for the San Francisco Public Defender's office and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Prior to law school, Ms. Schaitberger attended the University of California, Santa Cruz where she received her Bachelor's in Psychology with Honors.

Ms. Schaitberger joined the Bledsoe Firm in 2005. She practices all manner of tort litigation, with an emphasis on complex, catastrophic injury cases.
