Ms. Chang graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles in 2000. She received her juris doctorate degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law in May of 2004 and was admitted to the California State Bar in December of 2004.
During law school, Ms. Chang was an officer in the Asian Pacific Law Students Association. Ms. Chang also served as a volunteer at the Asian Law Caucus, aiding low income families in the areas of unlawful termination, workers' compensation and landlord/tenant disputes. In addition, Ms. Chang taught a legal course to inner city high school kids in San Francisco. While in law school Ms. Chang was also a law clerk for Martin Schainbaum, a former Assistant United States Attorney and IRS Counsel who specialized in civil and criminal tax litigation and white collar crime.
After law school, Ms. Chang was a litigation associate at Martin Schainbaum, Inc. and practiced in the areas of civil and criminal tax controversies.
Ms. Chang joined the Bledsoe Firm in 2007 and practices in the areas of premises liability, personal injury, residential landlord-tenant law, real estate transactions, and landslide/earth movement cases . She is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco, the American Bar Association, and the Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Bay.
